1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of FoxGuard (app, parent portal and server). The provider is [name / company, address].
2. Service
FoxGuard is a safe browser for children’s Android phones with a parent app and a parent portal. Times and filters apply when browsing in the FoxGuard browser; other apps are not blocked. No filter detects all unsuitable content – FoxGuard does not replace parental guidance.
3. Test phase
During the test phase, FoxGuard is free. Features may change and interruptions may occur. [rule on carrying over test accounts after launch]
4. Account and parents’ obligations
- Only adult parents or legal guardians may open an account.
- FoxGuard may only be used for children in one’s own care – openly and with the child’s knowledge. Monitoring other people, especially adults, is not permitted.
- Sign-in details and the parent PIN must be kept secret.
5. Prices and subscription (after launch)
Two plans with all features are planned: FoxGuard Solo (1 child, up to 3 devices) and FoxGuard Family (up to 5 children, up to 10 devices), paid monthly or yearly; prices: [prices]. 6. Availability
